It makes you more thirsty, and it didn't do much to subside the hunger.

She looks longingly at it, and you offer it to her.

She takes a large bite, and there is the brief instance of her eyes shining with that sweet taste of sugar.

But, after she pulls away, she spits out the wad of sugar, unable to swallow it.
